Porque estamos convencidos de que mejores personas hacen mejores empresas. Our client, a major multinational university with multiple locations worldwide, is looking for an Administration, Finance & HR Manager.Main responsibilities:20% IDBE (Inclusion, Diversity, Belonging, Equity) - Promote initiatives such as training workshops, social events that reinforce inclusion, diversity, belonging and equity among staff. Act as a liaison with the university internal resources (Office of Global Inclusion, Office of Equal Opportunity, Global Human Resources) regarding claims of harassment or discrimination.20% Budget - Prepare the annual financial budget. Work closely with GPO to understand the requirements and parameters for budget submissionFinancial and banking control. Apply policies of Cash management policies that optimize the cost of transfer and cost of capital for the University of transferring funds to Buenos Aires. 20% Accounting - Complete monthly financial reports and reconciliations required. Ensuring that all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner in the university FAME corporate accounting system.Complete year-end reports according to the schedule provided by the University Division of Comptrollership. Reporting and ad hoc analysis for management and GPO. 20% Human Resources - Develop, implement and communicate HR policies to the university team. Ensure that policies comply with Argentine labor legislation and the university guidelines. Participate in the recruitment process for new staff members and work with the Site Director to ensure the optimal staffing structure to meet site goals and workload. Payroll - Work with the  payroll service provider to achieve efficient, accurate, and timely payroll processing for staff and faculty. 10% Management of suppliers and Payments - Negotiation and management of contracts with suppliers and service providers.5% Legal Compliance - Work with the University General Counsel Office and local attorneys to ensure compliance with local law and policy. Where appropriate, draft or review contracts for agreements with suppliers and service providers and obtain the approval of the OGC before signing.
