Porque estamos convencidos de que mejores personas hacen mejores empresas.Randstad is looking for you!We select Pricing Operations Analyst to be part of an innovative team at a Shared Services Center.Modality of contracting: The contract will be for a fixed term with the possibility of renewal Main responsibilities- Identify new timekeepers and calculate billing rates based on the underlying client agreement for selected clients- Set up rates in SAP and in the various E-Billing systems as required by the client- Management control and analysis- Maintenance on client plataform- Definition of rates- Sap and Plataform update- Coordinate and track the client's authorization and approvals based on the client's specific requirements- Perform periodic reconciliations between SAP and the client systems- Exercise required degree of tact and diplomacy when dealing with others and in handling sensitive issues - Perform other duties as may be assigned  Function- Supports  strategic decision-making from a financial and business perspective- Manages cashflow, including accounts payable, credit checks, billing and collections- Ensures Firm-wide purchasing excellence and efficiency- Provides financial reporting, budgets and forecasts- Secures financing across the global Firm Technical skills, qualifications and experience- Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, accounting, finance.- Previous experience in a billing role- Management control experience- Advanced verbal and written English level. We select Associate Director, Office 365 Solutions to be part of an innovative team at a Shared Services Center.The Associate Director, Office 365 Solutions will be a key advisor to teams at all levels and locations of the organisation on how the Office 365 Suite can be used in the production of documents, sharing of knowledge and in collaborative content development. This role will advise the firm on digital transformation with leveraging the Microsoft 365 suite.  The role acts as the primary connection point for all things related to Office 365, and will be responsible for maximizing the use of this platform and upgrading or replacing legacy tools. This position is also focused on the direct supervision of the resources that comprise the Office 365 Platform team. Responsibilities:- Direct management and oversight of the Office 365 Platform team. This includes performance management (i.e. annual performance reviews and goal setting), task assignment / prioritization, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner, leave time approval, and coordination of all solution support activities- Providing career development guidance for the team- Providing input to the Director, Practice, Knowledge & Services Solutions on the required budget and resources to manage the assigned portfolio- Provides leadership, vision, and coordination of all team activities as they relate to all projects / operational activities, including the clear and concise reporting of status on a regular basis- Contribute to the strategy for the entire Practice, Knowledge & Services portfolio- Ensure effective portfolio management is in place across the Office 365 Platform team.
