Sr Financial Planning Analyst
The candidate for this position will be primarily responsible to assemble and analyze the P&L of the company, provide comments on variances, provide insights on possible issues or opportunities, and identify changes in trends.
Additionally, this position will also be part of the Planning / Forecasting process and the reporting (both for local and international management – all levels of hierarchy).
To perform these tasks, this position needs someone with:
Senior experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (5+ years minimum)
Great analytical and communication skills (both to gather information and to deliver the right message to the right public – storytelling is key!)
Proficiency with Excel (mandatory), PowerPoint and any tools that helps us manipulate and analyze data will be desirable (Power BI, Power Automate, Alteryx, SQL..)
Focus on automation
Sense of urgency / Prioritize tasks / Negotiate deadlines
Sense of ownership and teamwork
Proficient Portuguese and English (mandatory)
Availability to work with Brazil’s calendar when Argentinean holidays coincide with critical dates for Brazil’s operation.
