1. Purpose / Summary
Maintains the customer relationship and acts as the primary technical-functional liaison during the digital product lifecycle. Beyond standard analysis, this role is responsible for the technical decomposition of business needs into High-Quality User Stories and Features, ensuring alignment between business vision and technical feasibility within the Digital area.
2. Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Product Analysis (40%):
Leads the elicitation, definition, and documentation of complex functional and non-functional requirements.
Expertly crafts User Stories, Epics, and Features, ensuring they meet INVEST principles and include clear Acceptance Criteria.
Collaborates with technical staff to develop solution alternatives, data models, and detailed use cases.
Provides strategic advice for digital business processes, acting as a consultant for stakeholders.
Backlog & Project Management (30%):
Actively manages and refines the Product Backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and Dev teams.
Contributes to the creation of project deliverables (charters, CBA, risk plans) and ensures system changes are communicated effectively.
Identifies and resolves complex roadblocks, ensuring the "Definition of Ready" is met for development.
Technical Support & Data Analysis (20%):
Performs advanced Root-Cause Analysis using SQL queries and system logs to identify and resolve complex system problems.
Supports implementation activities and maintains system support tables, ensuring data integrity and process flow.
Quality & Validation (10%):
3. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical discipline.
Experience:
Must have 5+ years of progressive experience as a Business Systems Analyst, specifically within Digital/Software Development environments.
Proven experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) is required.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Advanced Proficiency in SQL: Ability to write complex queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Expertise in Requirements Engineering: Mastery of User Story mapping, Feature writing, and documenting Non-Functional Requirements (Performance, Scalability, Security).
Backlog Management: Practical experience refining and prioritizing technical backlogs.
SDLC Knowledge: Deep understanding of the System Development Life Cycle in digital products.
Analytical Depth: Ability to perform deep-dive root cause analysis beyond the surface level.
Advanced English level (mandatory)
