Main Responsibilities:
Evaluate applications and services against resilience architecture patterns.
Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification.
Administer business continuity and disaster recovery (DR) tools.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and resilience metric tracking.
Develop training materials and lead training sessions for technical teams.
Knowledge & Skills
5+ years of experience in technical analysis and cloud engineering.
Knowledge of ServiceNow (Snow BCM), information security, and high-availability environments.
Background/Education in IT, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Emergency Management.
Advanced English.
Experience in cloud platforms and emerging technologies.
Ability to connect technology strategy with business objectives.
Proactivity, strategic thinking, and results-orientation.
