At Randstad Digital, we are looking for a high-performing Scrum Master with a Manager mindset to join the Risk and Regulatory Technology team of a global leader in professional services.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Leadership, Act as a servant leader for multiple teams, protecting them from external disruptions and ensuring a focus on Iteration Goals and PI Objectives.
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure artifacts (backlogs, metrics) are transparent and accurate.
• Identify, track, and resolve team-level blockers, escalating issues to Release Train Engineers (RTEs) when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, and ensuring work is clear and actionable.
• Support team readiness for large scale events like PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
• Utilize data (velocity, flow, predictability) to drive continuous improvement conversations and increase Agile maturity.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record as a Scrum Master in large-scale IT projects, ideally within Risk, Regulatory, or Compliance environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Systems, or Management Information Systems.
• SAFe Expertise: Hands on experience working within an Agile Release Train (ART).
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, Jira Align, or similar Agile management tools.
• Engineering Awareness: Understanding of modern practices like CI/CD, TDD, and automated testing (at a conceptual level).
• Language: Advanced/Fluent English (C1-C2) is mandatory for global stakeholder interaction.

• SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
