At Randstad Digital, we are looking for an GRC TPRM Manager - Advanced English to join a leading global company specializing in Audit, Consulting, and Technology solutions.

Employment Type: Permanent
Work Model: Full-time, 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead risk assessments and security audits against established information security requirements. You will be responsible for evaluating controls and identifying findings and remediation plans.

-Effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical risks into clear, business-focused language.

-Analyze risk data and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders, highlighting key trends and insights.

-Manage and lead projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic business priorities.

-Utilize risk management and GRC tools, such as Archer and ServiceNow, to support all core functions.

-Maintain a mindset focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and staying current with emerging threats and technologies.

Knowledge & Skills
-Deep understanding of risk management principles and their application in business strategy.
-Proven ability to balance the needs of business stakeholders with a central technology service organization.
-Experience successfully navigating a matrix organization.
-Cultural sensitivity to adapt risk management practices in a global context.

Preferred Certifications
-Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
-ISO Lead Auditor
-Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
-Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
-Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
-Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
