Do you have experience testing, measuring and optimizing campaigns?We are looking for a B2B Marketing Automation Specialist (CABA)Our opportunities include:Working in a leading multinational company in a process of expansionPleasant and dynamic work environment.Excellent contracting conditions & benefits.15 working-day vacationTraining & career  development. Job Role Responsibilities:Own end-to-end creation, deployment, and maintenance of complex, automated email campaigns for prospects and customers using Salesforce PardotManage creation and execution of email marketing campaigns that deliver against business goals for assigned workflows.Work closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager to evolve, test, and improve our lifecycle marketing programs (including onboarding sequences, nurture/drip campaigns, re-engagement sequences)Collaborate with the Campaign Analyst to create reporting and dashboards in order to better understand CRM performance and create transparency across the organizationDrive and collaborate on growth initiatives that require leveraging existing technology integration and automation to improve cross-team collaboration, maximize efficiency gains and drive scalable solutions.Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to continuously improve and create processes for acquisition, retention, lead capture, management, scoring, routing and attribution.Plan and execute ongoing testing (layout, format, frequency, copy, etc.) to continuously improve email and notification performanceAct as a key partner to the business as the voice of the customer and CRM best practice's specialist.Define requirements for marketing automation tools to deploy transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that improve retention and acquisition.Ensure best practices and continue to improve the workflow of the CRM team, identifying operational efficiencies and vetting 3rd party tools to support team goals.
