    Technology Relationship Advisor (CABA)

    The Role:

    Customer and vendor facing role; responsible to keep, execute and support key activities to keep the company payment and loyalty site-level technology, relevant, competitive, efficient, and harmonized across all the company branded service stations in North America. 

     

    Responsibilities: 

    Ensure and Support Branded Wholesaler satisfaction with site-level technology with a balance of proactive and reactive actions. Continuous improvement of the site-level technology implementation and support processes; focus on prevention of issues that may impact Branded Wholesalers' ability to execute brand promise and value proposition. Lead and/or participate in Branded Wholesalers councils as a means to directly collect voice of the customer feedback. Prioritize, and drive ongoing Branded Wholesalers engagement with site level technology. Develop and maintain effective relationships with strategic and emerging Branded Wholesalers. Proactively generate customer, industry, and competitive insights relevant to site level technology based on voice of the customer, voice of the consumer, and research. Anticipate and address customer technology integration opportunities or issues. Be an ambassador and drive adoption of the company payment and loyalty platform. Develop and maintain effective relationships with IT contacts at strategic and emerging Branded Wholesalers. Responsible for clear, timely, and thorough Branded Wholesalers communications. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing, and Payment & Loyalty Solutions and Operations, on site level technology opportunities and broader strategic and/or systemic issues. For assigned portfolio of point of sales vendors: Drive alignment on the company's strategic site-level roadmap. Responsible for commercial vendor management activities including contract, escalations, top-to-top discussions, oversight for vendor performance. Ensure effective collaboration with Product Owners for operational, day to day activities

     

    Knowledge & Skills:

    -University Degree in Systems Engineering; Information Technology;

    -At least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement of the site-level technology implementation and support processes;

    -English Proficiency (both oral and written);

    -Experience in Retail site-level technology is considered a plus;

    -Negotiations and influence skills;

    -Courage of conviction;

    -Excellent communication skills;

    -Vendor management expertise;

    -Retail business knowledge.
