We are searching for a Regional Global IT Services Centers & Cloud Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide directly Regional services to the regions and manage transversal services: Infra & Cloud, Network, EUS & Workplace, IT Operations.
- Co-definition of the strategy for the enterprise partners.
- Co-designing and building service platforms, regional BAU execution, ensuring that regional security requirements are implemented and regional QoS targets are achieved.
- Harmonize process and practices within all countries in the regions to allow and optimize transversal assets deployments and usages, in line with the Transversal teams.
- Improve Quality of Services maturity in all the regional IT teams
- Participate and support global solutions programs such as the migration to the Cloud
- Budget management
- Vendor management to reduce costs
Technical / Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge in Cloud and Infrastructure Services management in both recurring activities (IT production) and design & projects
- Capacity to mobilize and energize teams, including in crisis situations
- Ability to manage teams and topics transversally, in a matrix organization
- Management of outsourced services, negotiations experiences
- Very good interpersonal management skills
- Budget and financial management and optimization
- Capacity to anticipate and prepare escalations for CIO level
- Strong influential leadership behaviours to drive alignment, arbitrage and delivery at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly identify, analyze, evaluate and resolve problems at the local/regional/international level.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience
- Engineer Degree.
- +7 years of experience as IT Ops Manager in both Projects and Run activities.
- Management of International teams and Outsourcers.
- Background in managing major transformation programs.
- You must have a CISCO or Microsoft certification.
