We are looking for a multilingual professional to join our Client Experience team.

What will be the tasks to be performed?
- Own the client relationship with the company. Communicate and ensure that each vineyard owner engages in the farming and winemaking processes to ensure their satisfaction: winemaking, brand and label design, export, support on distribution and marketing, among others.
- Sales and internal management of winemaking with the private vineyard owners, including the coordination and distribution of essential reports for clients and for other internal teams.
- Plan, coordinate and host owner visits to Mendoza and/or special events.
- Comply with the operational processes for each of the key tasks in the sector, ensure accurate and up to date data for each client in the company’s CRM platform.
Requirements:
University or tertiary professional training in International Relations, Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Hotel Management, Communication, Public Relations or related
Experience of at least 2 years in the hospitality industry, linked to VIP clients.
Native or excellent Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Command of computer systems
Experience operating CRM
Must love wine!
