Admissions Coordinator for the Americas/MENA/Asia (CABA)
Our client, a Spanish language school with locations in Barcelona and Madrid, Spain and Buenos Aires, Argentina, which offers language programs and cultural experiences for adult and junior students from all around the world, is currently looking for an Admissions Coordinator for the Americas/MENA/Asia. The role works within the Sales department to supervise the student registration process as well as working with B2B accounts in the Americas, principally the Brazilian market, as well as MENA and Asian markets.
Responsibilities:
? Maintain relationships with 100+ travel agencies in the Americas, MENA and Asia.
? Communicate via email, phone, and in-person to assist with pre and post-sale
reservations with assigned B2B accounts.
? Process all registrations in a timely manner, coordinating with other school departments.
? Responsible for all invoicing and payments of assigned accounts.
? Coordinate complaint handling with operations and sales teams.
Student Registrations.
? Assist in program advising of registered students before their arrival.
? Responsible for all invoicing and payments of students in the assigned region.
? Monitor student visa application status of students.
? Send all pre-arrival materials to students.
? Complete regular accounting reviews in order to pass correct sales information to our
accounting department.
? Create weekly and monthly sales and debt reports.
Qualifications:
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management. It's a plus if in the tourism or language travel industry.
? Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or other similar fields is required (mandatory).
? Native Brazilian Portuguese and Advanced English is required (both mandatory).
? Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Must be able to multitask, pay attention to detail, and handle a dynamic workload.
? Flexible and adaptable, always ready to adjust to a rapidly changing environment.
Employment Type - Permanent.
Position - Full-time (hybrid home office / onsite). From 9 am to 6 pm.
Location: CABA, Argentina.
